
Anne Frazier, BS, ACE-CPT - Personal Trainer / Recreational Therapist
Anne
Frazier, BS, ACE-CPT has a Bachelor of Science degree in Therapeutic Recreation
from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. She is also certified by the
American Council on Exercise as a Personal Trainer. Anne has worked in the
fitness field in a variety of capacities and has extensive experience working
with mentally, emotionally and physically handicapped individuals. She has
increased the fitness levels of children, adults and seniors with varying
physical capabilities. She also
specializes in developing and executing ambulatory and youth exercise.
Anne
has taught fitness, exercise, aerobics, swimming, relaxation, and nutrition
classes, and has experience in leisure lifestyle counseling. She has also
trained for and competed in marathons, half marathons and triathlons. Her sport
knowledge base includes running, swimming, diving, soccer, gymnastics,
cheerleading, volleyball and skiing.
