Nancy Crook, BS, ACSM-CPT - Assistant Kinesiotherapist

Nancy Crook, BS, ACSM-CPT has a Bachelor of Science degree in Health promotion and Wellness from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. She is also certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as a Personal Trainer. Nancy has been working as a fitness professional for over 10 years and incorporates various forms of exercise into her sessions to meet the needs of her clients. She has extensive experience with individuals affected by cancer, stroke and trauma. Nancy also has experience with wheelchair-bound individuals and with modifying actions to promote mechanical efficiency and independence.

 

Nancy is the Assistant Kinesiotherapist, which means that she has a solid understanding of many clinical issues and can help a range of clients reach their fitness goals. She works closely with people to ensure that their progress levels meet their expectations.

Nancy believes in executing a pain-free approach based on the latest research obtained from the medical and rehabilitation fields. She works closely with the kinesiotherapist to help people gain function and lead more active lives. Nancy’s motivational and calm demeanor has helped her clients feel comfortable and enjoy their training sessions. She incorporates various exercises to ensure her clients’ needs are met.
