Functional Training Goals:

Core Training - We emphasize training the core from the bottom of the ribs to the bottom of the hips. This is the region that is engaged first in all functional actions.


Cardiorespiratory Fitness - Activities and actions geared to improve your cardiorespiratory and pulmonary systems. The more efficient they work together to more progress you make


Functional Flexibility - The ability of the body to perform in all its available directions and ranges without muscular and strength imbalances.


Strength Development - Increase in muscle and bone density, reduction in body fat and improved physical performance






Personal Training:
  • 1 person 50.00 per hour / 25.00 per half hour
  • 2 People 30.00 per person / 15.00 per half hour
  • 3 people 25.00 per person / 12.50 per half hour
  • 4 people 20.00 per person / 10.00 per half hour


Half Sessions:

Use our cardiovascular equipment before or after your session.

  • 2 half hours per week: 50.00
  • 3 half hours per week: 60.00
