How does personal training work with Physical Enhancement Services?

  • We do not have specific exercises that we prescribe. All actions are designed by the mechanical movements and goals of the client.
  • Each person is unique and so should their workouts be unique. We create routines and protocols to match the level of fitness of the client.
  • Assist with all dietary and nutritional education and adjustments
  • We consider proper calorie expenditure during routine execution
  • Progression within your own capabilities is key to reduce the risk of injury and increase the effectiveness of the workout program

    Functional Training Goals:

    Core Training - We emphasize training the core from the bottom of the ribs to the bottom of the hips. This is the region that is engaged first in all functional actions.

    Cardiorespiratory Fitness - Activities and actions geared to improve your cardiorespiratory and pulmonary systems. The more efficient they work together to more progress you make

    Functional Flexibility - The ability of the body to perform in all its available directions and ranges without muscular and strength imbalances.

    Strength Development - Increase in muscle and bone density, reduction in body fat and improved physical performance

    Personal Training: 50.00 / Hour (Non YMCA Members: 65.00 / Hour)

    Partner Personal Training:

    • 2 People 30.00 per person
    • 3 people 25.00 per person
    • 4 people 20.00 per person


    Personal Training Profile: 250.00 (Non YMCA Members: 325.00)

    • Complete energy expenditure and metabolic evaluation
    • Diet Evaluation
    • Health and Fitness Testing
    • Injury Assessment and exercise / energy evaluation
    • Mechanical and Body mapping analysis
    • Four personal training sessions
    • Complete customized profile booklet with your diet, testing results and workouts plans
