Rick has been working in the clinical exercise field for close to twenty years. He has worked with people that
have had many different goals, ranging from athletes on the Olympic, professional, collegiate and high school levels to non-athletic people with clinical issues. Rick has
worked with people with multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy, arthritis, spinal problems, stroke, cancer, autism, down syndrome, wheelchair bound, neuro and muscular disorders.There have been many people with
clinical issues that have felt less pain and more function with
kinesiotherapy. He has also worked as a Strength and Conditioning coach
for the Milwaukee Brewers and Arizona Diamondbacks organizations both
in the Minor and Major leagues.
As
a kinesiotherapist, Rick has a medical background with an emphasis in exercise.
He has the -exercise physiologist on research teams to develop exercise protocols for patients
receiving Botox and affected by multiple sclerosis and strokes. He also assesses those
in wheelchairs and all other clients to determine the proper exercise protocols
for optimal results.
As an educator, Rick presents information using a real life and hands-on approach. His mild mannered approach allows attendees to feel comfortable to ask questions, offer suggestions and be a part of the education environment. Rick brings experience from multiple levels of professional sports, various medical areas and general fitness to broaden the scope of intellectual possibilities of the subject manner.

Rick
believes in pursuing a pain free approach base on the latest research
obtained from the medical and rehabilitation field. He is trained in
many various modalities and utilizes them very efficiently. Rick holds
an in-depth knowledge of clinical concepts and is able to connect a
person's special concerns to exercise and fitness. His unique approach
has gained him respect and referrals from many of the area's physicians and specialists.

routines and exercises has kept people progressing toward their goals
