Kinesiotherapy is the application of scientifically based exercise principles adapted to enhance the strength, endurance, and mobility of individuals with functional limitations or those requiring extended physical conditioning resulting from clinical or injury reasons.The kinesiotherapist is a health care professional competent in the administration of musculoskeletal, neurological, ergonomic, biomechanical, psychosocial, and task-specific functional tests and measures. The Kinesiotherapist works with members of the community to provide the highest level of expertise in personal training, biomechanical evaluation, physical fitness and pathophysiology leadership in relation to exercise, fitness and health. This position serves as a liaison to the medical community, as such, must have a higher level of knowledge to be able to communicate with various professions of physicians.

Kinesiotherapy offers the highest level of continuing care for orthopedic and clinical concerns. The mechanical and functional approach taken by our staff ensures that the body is treated and trained as it normally functions. This results in higher physical functionality, correction of the source of pain and increased fitness potential.
 
As a personal training source, there is no equivalent to its approach. We consider every aspect in designing workout protocols. Medical concerns and prescriptions, goals, schedules, metabolic testing, posture and mechanical analysis are all elements that are taken into consideration for each person. When all aspects are included, the result is a process that guarantees to be the most efficient and effective approach possible.
