We will come to you with everything that is needed to help you exercise and progress toward your goals. We help you improve your strength, mobility, balance, flexibility and cardiovascular function.

| Personal Training | We work with every aspect of the person. Some people come with clinical concerns, others old or fresh injuries, while others just need to increase function and need a fresh approach. We take everything into consideration and use techniques and exercise protocols to help you not only increase functionality, but improve your health. Our goal is to help you toward your goals.

2 People = 30.00 each 3 People = 25.00 each 4 People = 20.00 each
Double Sessions: Two half hour sessions per week. Use our equipment before or after the session to finish your cardiovascular training - 50.00 per week
Triple Sessions: Three half hour session per week. Use our equipment before or after the session to finish your cardiovascular training - 60.00 per week

| Kinesiotherapy | Kinesiotherapy is an approach to training and rehabilitation that considers the entire body and how it functions. During recovery from injury, or dealing with clinical issues, the body not only impairs its function at the affected site, but it learns to compensate all of it’s mechanical functions causing reduced efficiency and normally causes discomfort in other areas of the body. We have successfully treated many injury concerns, as well as clinical issues including, but by no means limited to: arthritis, multiple sclerosis, osteoporosis, weight loss, diabetes, cardiac and orthopedic. We also serve as a liaison to the medical community to assist our members in answering questions regarding therapies, medications, recommendations and specialties. 50.00 Per Hour

| Fitness Testing | During the testing process, we examine many different areas of fitness health. We perform either a measurement or body composition test, blood pressure, heart rates, health history, exercise, and injury histories, sub-maximal cardiovascular test, and exercise blood pressure response test. The outcome of these tests will give a person a scientific and precise approach to what they should do to improve their fitness health. All results are documented and explained in a booklet that you can keep for future reference or physician approval. $75.00 for Complete Testing and Results Book

| Athletic Conditioning | Our kinesiotherapist has worked with Division I collegiate athletes marathoners, triathletes as well as working in professional baseball with the Milwaukee Brewers and Arizona Diamondbacks. We use many methods and protocols to improve mechanical and physical performance. 50.00 Per Hour Group and Team Rates Available

| Weight Loss | We work with people using our Personal Training Profile listed below to use science to help a person exercise their way to weight loss. We incorporate many various protocols and philosophies to spark change and progress for people. Many times people plateau while using just diet or just exercise. We will help you by doing the thinking for you and giving direction using proper eating to fuel the body and proper exercise to burn calories. Every routine and program is design individually and caters to a person’s capability to make the process less uncomfortable. 50.00 Per Hour

Weight Loss Package
| We have you log your diet for three weekdays and two weekend days to determine your current nutrition intake. We then analyze your weight goals and current activity levels. We then present a booklet with your current diet and also recommendations on how to make adjustments. The nutrition explanations are broken down to calories, carbohydrates, proteins and fats. We also consider any medical or clinical concerns you may have.

| Personal Training Profile | This is the best all around package available. This option incorporates the latest research of exercise science to help you progress toward your goals. The energy expenditure looks at the calories, carbohydrates, fats and proteins to make sure the correct balance is consumed during the course of the day, so when you exercise, you burn the proper calories that are needed for you goals.
